Three founding documents dedicated for the actions of the “Country”. The Development Chart sets up the main objectives of the Country. The financial aids programmes supporting the implementation of objectives. The Statutes organising the operations of decisions making bodies and financial commitment of each members.

In order to secure the consistency between these various documents, and further to a thorough assessment of the missions entrusted as well as achieving results, the Statutes of the Syndicate were reorganised, as they were modified in March 16, 1998. As the strong symbol of the unity and success of the territory Body, the Brittany East Centre Syndicate is changing name. It is now known as the « Syndicat Mixte Pays de Ploërmel-Cœur de Bretagne »
