The purpose of intercity Services Networks is to provide and increase of service facilities, where you can find information required for all daily activity services on the same premises.The three projects are built upon the same balance strategy for demography, acting in favour of territories which benefit less from the newcomers population increase.

According to local specificity of each community of territories involved (Le Porhoët, Mauron and Josselin). The three projects will involve:

• “Business and Employment” : « Economy and Tourism » Department of the Community of Communes, Office for Job and Employment, Unemployment office, and temporary offices for housing businesses,

• “Health and Services to help people” department: Nannies and carers Department

• “Financial and Bureaucracy” Department, “school transportation” Department, “Help for housing”, and Public Services Offices (for example: tax offices)

• Environment and Development Department : « Non collective sanitary » department, drinking water, « selective refuse sorting » Department, « Newcomers Intercity Welcome Point.

• Youth and Help to daily life Department, Youth Department, multimedia Cyberspace supported by both Standards of “Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and CyberCitySpace (Brittany Regional Council), “Youth and Sport Department”.

In the same view, setting up all services providing Nannies and Carers on the same premises as those of the Cyber City (or close to each others) will help developing Data processing and Communication means for all Government members working with such services.
